peanut Chikki or groundnut Gajak




Ingredients:
1.) Groundnut or peanut- 250 grms
2.) Sugar- 250 gems
3.) Ghee- 2 tbs

Recipie:
1.) Dry fry the peanuts and remove its cover.
2.) Clean a part of kitchen platform, apply ghee on it in arround 12*12 inches area.
3.) Take the sugar in a pan, melt it on gas. Keep stirring till it melts completely.
4.) Slow the gas, add peanuts to it, mix well. Switched of the gas.
5.) Spread the mixture on platform, you can use belan (rolling pin)  to make thin chikki.
6.) Cut with knife (make marks with knife)before it became cold.
7.) Let it be cold for 10 min, break the pieces.
8.) Chikki is ready to eat.
