White Sauce Macaroni Raita

Yesterday i came to know one more recipe that is White Sauce macaroni Raita. I gave a trial, and got success. Thought of sharing...

Ingredients:

  • Maida (Refined Flour) - two table spoon
  • Ghee/Butter - 1 tea spoon
  • Milk - half glass
  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) - 1/4 tea spoon
  • Namak (Salt) - according to taste
  • Vegetables such as: Shimla Mirch(Capsicum), Gajar(Carrot), Patta Gobhi(Cabbage), Pyaj(Onion)
  • Macaroni - one small bowlDahi (Curd) - half letreCheeni (Sugar) - according to taste



Method:
1) Hang the curd for 4 hours.
2) Boil macaroni, keep aside.
3) Prepare White Sauce  as below:
  • a) First fine chop all vegetables ( Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion ), wash and keep aside.
  • b) Take little amount of ghee in a pan. Add  all chopped  vegetables. Fry till it becomes brown. Keep aside.
  • c) Take a pan. Dry fry the Maida (Purpose flour) till it becomes brown. In between add ghee or butter. Add Milk. keep mixing. It will become  thick. Add all fried vegetables. Add salt, black pepper, vinegar.
  • d) Cook for 3 min.
  • e) Make it cool.
4) Now add boiled Macaroni and Vegetables
5) Add curd
6) Decorate with Coriander leaves.
7) Ready to serve.
